PREPERATION: Measure the water by a coffee cup (one coffee cup of water for each person) and pour it into the coffee pot. Add two tea spoons of coffee per cup and sugar as required (no sugar for plain coffee, two tea spoons of sugar for medium-sugar coffee and three tea spoons of sugar for sugary coffee). Stir the coffee and sugar occasionally over a low heat until it boils. Share the coffee foam between the cups. After bringing the remaining coffee to the boil only once pour it into cups.
