We operate a same-day dispatch cut-off of 3:00 PM:
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be shipped on the next available business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

To qualify for same day delivery, your order must be placed before our 3:00 PM cut-off on a business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a weekend/bank holiday, will not qualify for same day delivery and will be delivered via one of our standard options instead.

All delivery times are estimated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) and are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
All our delivery services include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel right up to your door.
We work with trusted couriers to get your order to you on time, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen due to weather, courier network issues, or high demand during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday. We appreciate your patience if this occurs.
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.
