The bulgur for rice that we produce is traditionally crushed in a stone mill from heirloom seed wheat, which is non-toxic and pesticide-free, with preserved genetics and nutritional values. It contains a high amount of fibre. Our London Turkish market rice bulgur, which you can use in pilaffs, soups, meatballs and stuffed fillings, does not contain GMOs and does not contain chemicals. However, it is very easy to cook and very delicious. Thanks to genetically preserved heirloom wheat, its nutritional values are completely preserved. It has a low glycaemic index, high fibre content and nutritional value. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and contains chromium, iron, magnesium and zinc.
