Tahini Paste is made from Toasted ground Sesame seeds. It is considered as a staple Mediterranean cuisine. Tahini is often featured in Asian, Middle Eastern, and African dishes as well.
It is an incredibly versatile ingredient and can be served as a dip, spread or condiment.
Tahini is used in making Hummus, it can also be used as a salad dressing or toss some vegetables in a tahini sauce which is also very popular. It can also be used as spread.
Ingredients: Tahini (made from sesame). The oil surfacing the tahini is a natural reaction and is not a cause deterioration. In this case, keep the product together with its packaging in hot water at 60°C for 10 minutes, then use it by mixing.
