How to Prepare:

1. Add one cup of water to a cezve for each serving.
2. Add 2 teaspoons (approximately 6g) of coffee per cup.
3. Add sugar if desired and stir before heating.
4. Brew slowly over low heat until the foam rises.
5. Divide the foam between the cups, return the coffee to the heat briefly, then pour.
6. Allow the coffee grounds to settle for a short time before drinking.
