Preparation Instructions:

For one traditional cup of Turkish coffee:

You will need:

• 70ml drinking water
• 2 teaspoons (approximately 6g) of Sekeroglu Turkish Coffee
• Sugar (optional)

How to Prepare:

1. Pour 70ml of drinking water into a Turkish coffee pot (cezve).
2. Add 2 teaspoons (6g) of Turkish coffee.
3. Add sugar if desired.
4. Stir the mixture thoroughly before heating.
5. Heat slowly over low heat until a rich foam begins to form.
6. Spoon the foam into your coffee cup.
7. Return the coffee to the heat briefly until it rises again.
8. Pour the coffee gently into the cup and enjoy.
